Ch. Piaffe Bertana “Sidi”
Our Sidi is a cracker of a whippet. Probably the best showgirl we have bred at Piaffe. She is a combination of top Piaffe, English and Swedish lines. And she has the wonderful US CH and Aust Ch Countrywinds Whose Ever behind her, imported and owned by Molly Rule- Steele and Ulla. A big thank you to Jann Williams for allowing us to use her lovely Kraka son Rivers with our Ch Piaffe Age of Innocence “Marta”, and to Allen Adams for breeding Rivers.
Sidi has excelled in the show ring, partnering very successfully with Harold to win no less than 4 Best in Shows, including a major Sighthound Show under Irish judge, Mr John Walsh, and 14 Groups by the time Covid struck. As at January, 2024, Ulla is chasing the final 44 points for her well-deserved Supreme Championship after recently returning her to the ring.
Sidi has also proven herself exceptional in the whelping box with two quality litters. One to Ch Piaffe Christopher Robin (AI) and the second to AM. CH & GR.AM CH Pinnacle Tennessee Whiskey.
Sidi is a lovely size and an absolute mover in the ring showing balance and soundness. She is a series of curves without any exaggeration. We are very proud of this girl.
